In an exclusive conversation with The Interview World at the India Law, AI & Tech Summit 2025, hosted by OakBridge Publishing, Aditya Singhania, Founder and CEO of Trackase, explains how his AI-driven platform empowers companies to manage compliance proactively and reduce exposure to GST-related litigation. He shares insights on commercializing the solution, addresses the challenges posed by annual GST amendments, and highlights the next wave of innovations he plans to introduce as AI technology evolves.

Here are the key takeaways from his insightful conversation.

Q: Could you elaborate on how your AI-driven platform, Trackase, helps companies proactively manage compliance and reduce exposure to GST-related litigation?

A: Trackase is an AI-powered litigation management platform that brings enterprises and tax professionals together to collaborate seamlessly. It centralizes all GST litigation management on a single platform, eliminating the inefficiencies of scattered processes.

The platform automatically retrieves all notices from the government’s GST portal and allows users to add and manage cases directly within the system. Using AI, it extracts relevant data from each notice and generates concise summaries of the observations highlighted by tax officers.

Human expertise complements AI intelligence. Junior team members or corporate staff review and refine the AI-generated summaries, ensuring accuracy and context. Senior professionals, partners, or company tax heads then perform a final review, providing oversight and strategic input.

This workflow saves significant time and reduces the manual effort traditionally required for litigation management. It minimizes internal chaos, boosts efficiency, and allows teams to focus on higher-value tasks.

Trackase also supports research on GST rules and notifications. Its built-in chatbot answers queries intelligently, guiding users to precise solutions and further reducing time spent on manual research.

For executives, Trackase provides a CFO- or C-suite-level dashboard that tracks case volumes, open and closed matters, client-specific exposures, and due dates. The platform automatically sends reminders via the dashboard, email, or even WhatsApp, keeping teams aligned and proactive.

Additionally, Trackase facilitates internal collaboration, allowing teams to communicate and coordinate within the platform. By combining AI automation, human oversight, and seamless collaboration, Trackase transforms GST litigation management into an efficient, transparent, and highly controlled process.

Q: Have you begun commercializing this solution, and if so, what traction have you seen so far?

A: We officially launched Trackase on November 1, 2025. Our pricing plans, clearly listed on the website, range from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000, depending on the chosen plan.

We have already onboarded several early clients to the platform and anticipate significant growth and feature maturation in the coming months. While the official rollout for all customers begins with the new financial year in April 2026, we are currently welcoming users to explore the platform.

This early access allows clients to experience the full range of features, get a feel for the platform’s capabilities, and provide valuable feedback, essentially a hands-on preview of the solution before its wider release.

Q: Since GST amendments are introduced annually, how does your software incorporate these changes to stay up-to-date and compliant?

A: Litigation management is complex, and the rules evolve constantly, often with every new financial year. By the time disputes arise, years may have passed, and errors may already have been committed.

Trackase addresses this challenge proactively. The platform helps you track your activities, identify past mistakes, and provides clear recommendations on the best course of action. By guiding you on how to resolve issues effectively, it helps minimize risks and reduces the potential for hefty penalties.

Q: As AI technology evolves, how do you plan to build new layers of innovation on top of your existing platform?

A: We are currently focusing intensively on enhancing the AI capabilities of the platform. Initially, our litigation management solution integrates AI in a limited yet strategic way, allowing users to experience its potential while gradually familiarizing themselves with AI-driven features.

As the solution matures, we will introduce more advanced AI functionalities to the market in a controlled and seamless manner, ensuring clarity and confidence for our users. Our goal is to create an indispensable tool for tax professionals, consolidating cost management, efficiency, and oversight into a single, secure platform.
