In an exclusive conversation with The Interview World, Rohit Rajpoot, Co-founder of Idoraa, delves into the company’s breakthrough technology solutions and what sets them apart. He also explains how the platform elevates operational efficiency and productivity, outlines Idoraa’s strategic roadmap for the future, and spotlights its growing base of enterprise clients.
Here are the key insights from this engaging discussion.
Q: Can you provide an overview of Idoraa’s technology solutions?
A: Idoraa is a purpose-built SaaS platform designed to transform how enterprises manage their facilities. It empowers organizations to digitize every aspect of facility management through a single, integrated solution.
The platform offers a comprehensive suite of modules, including Attendance Management, Asset Management, Visitor Management, Cafeteria Management, and Local Tour and Claims Management. Each module works in seamless harmony, delivering a unified, end-to-end experience that simplifies operations and enhances efficiency.
What sets Idoraa apart is its ability to bring all facility-related functions under one intelligent system. Rather than juggling multiple disconnected tools, enterprises can now manage everything, from workforce tracking to resource allocation, within a cohesive digital ecosystem.
Today, several leading enterprises trust Idoraa to streamline their facility operations and drive measurable productivity gains.
Q: In what ways is your platform better or unique compared to others?
A: The core USP of Idoraa lies in its deeply integrated architecture. Every module within the platform—whether it’s Visitor Management, Asset Management, or any other, seamlessly communicates with the rest. For instance, visitor data can instantly connect with asset records when required, allowing information to flow effortlessly across modules. This built-in interoperability eliminates silos and ensures that every function operates in perfect sync.
That’s the true beauty and uniqueness of Idoraa. It enables enterprises to manage all their facility-related tasks through a single, intuitive mobile app. Unlike other providers that offer standalone solutions for visitor or asset management, Idoraa delivers a cohesive, end-to-end ecosystem where every module is unified by design.
Q: How does your platform enhance operational efficiency and productivity?
A: We built Idoraa to address a few of the most persistent pain points enterprises face every day. Traditionally, organizations rely on multiple platforms to manage routine operations, forcing teams and leaders to juggle between systems and lose valuable time.
Idoraa eliminates that inefficiency. By consolidating all key functions into one seamless platform, it significantly reduces the time spent on administrative tasks. Our internal survey conducted last year revealed that CIOs and CXOs typically spend about one and a half to two hours daily managing such activities. With Idoraa, they can reclaim nearly 50 to 60 minutes of that time, every single day.
That’s the power of unified, intelligent automation.
Q: What is your roadmap for the future, and how do you envision the company evolving over the next few years?
A: At present, Idoraa already delivers a robust suite of facility management modules. However, we’re actively expanding its capabilities to automate additional day-to-day tasks, particularly those handled by an enterprise’s field workforce. This next phase of development is well underway and forms a key part of our product roadmap.
By mid-December, we expect to launch two to three new modules designed specifically to enhance on-ground operational efficiency. Each of these additions continues to strengthen Idoraa’s position as a comprehensive, purpose-built ERP system, crafted exclusively for facility management.
Q: How many companies are currently using your platform?
A: At present, several prominent organizations across India rely on Idoraa to streamline their operations. Max Healthcare uses our Cafeteria Management Solution across all its hospitals nationwide—covering 14 facilities under the Max network.
For Visitor Management, NDTV (Adani Group) has adopted Idoraa to manage its complete visitor workflow with enhanced efficiency and security. The same group also leverages our Asset Management module to maintain centralized control and visibility over its resources.
In addition, the Jackson Group utilizes our Visitor Management Solution, while Hitachi relies on Idoraa’s Attendance Management System to ensure accurate and effortless workforce tracking.
These partnerships reflect the trust leading enterprises place in Idoraa’s integrated, enterprise-grade solutions.
