In an exclusive interview with T.I.W, Kumar Ranjan unfolds how Indian products are capturing the attention of global customers.

#1. How do you differentiate Shapes Combine from your competitors?

In today’s competitive era, the unrivalled position that we have gained is because of the support and coordination of our valued clients, who are spanning across the Indian subcontinent and the world at large. We provide utmost satisfaction to the customers by offering them the range of products according to their specifications at customized and effective cost. To maintain the quality standards of the products by complying with the industry standards. We use only the finest quality raw material, which is well sourced with the stringent inspection of the competitive market.

#2. What parameters do you consider for ensuring quality in the end products?

Primarily, we source the finest quality raw material from the trusted suppliers. All our products are stringently tested on varied parameters right from the initial stage of procurement of factory inputs to final dispatching. Further, to maintain the quality standards, we always try to implement innovative and new techniques in our testing unit. Some of the quality parameters on which our products get inspected include design, texture, finish, stitch, and tear strength. Moreover, we have invested a large amount of finance in our machinery, computerization, and quality assurance process that have made our firm able to deliver quality products to clients in India abroad.

The Taj Hotels, Aerocity, Delhi uses our products like tea kettle trunk, wastebasket, and tray. Even Taj Hotels in other cities and countries like #Bangalore, #Jaipur, #Bhutan, and #SriLanka use our products with great esteem. Our reputed clientele comprises Swing, Loofah Art, Taramontana, Sachi, and Episode.

#5. How do you see the demand of Indian products abroad?

Indian products are widely recognized for their artistic and aesthetic perspectives. Especially, during festivals like Christmas, the global clients demand India-made decorative products for home and gift purpose. Of all the product lines we manufacture, Idol of Ganesh in various materials has a special place in the global market.
