Valamm.AI, based in Bengaluru, empowers global AI innovators to enter and scale in the Indian enterprise market. The platform’s mission is clear: simplify India market entry by providing go-to-market support, establishing enterprise credibility, and managing regulatory and operational complexities.
Valamm.AI follows a structured, phased model. First, Incubate drives early traction. Next, Accelerate focuses on pipeline growth and Micro‑GCC support. Finally, Transfer enables independent operations through entity setup. Its service suite includes GTM execution, portfolio partner programs, hosted engineering talent, and compliance support. By connecting global AI vendors with Indian enterprises, Valamm.AI reduces market-entry risks, shortens sales cycles, and accelerates growth across sectors such as banking, healthcare, and logistics.
During an exclusive conversation with The Interview World at the India AI Impact Expo 2026, Subramaniam Rajamani, Vice President – Operations at Valamm.AI, shared key insights. He detailed the company’s core services and solutions, described how Valamm.AI engages with AI startups in India, and explained how it supports multinational companies in establishing and scaling operations locally. Additionally, he outlined his vision for market expansion and growth over the next five to ten years.
Here are the essential takeaways from his insightful discussion.
Q: Can you provide a detailed overview of the core services and solutions offered by Valamm.AI?
A: We are a startup, just three months old, with a clear mission: to help global AI companies enter and expand in the Indian market. Our goal is to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that enable these companies to establish a strong presence in India. We aim to create the full ecosystem for them, covering sales, tele-sales, lead generation, event management, and more, so they can build a solid business foundation in the country.
Our approach follows three structured models. First, we Incubate, helping companies gain initial traction. Next, we Accelerate their growth by expanding pipelines and market reach. Finally, we Transfer, handing over operations so they can continue independently once the business is established.
We recognize that sales is one of the toughest challenges. Many startups develop great products but struggle with marketing and market entry. We step in to bridge that gap, providing the guidance and infrastructure necessary to turn innovation into sustainable growth.
Q: How do you engage with AI startups in India that are open to adopting your services?
A: We also plan to extend these services to Indian AI companies. Many startups build innovative products but struggle to sell them effectively. Our goal is to fill that gap and provide the same go-to-market support to help them scale successfully.
Q: In what ways does your organization support multinational companies in establishing and scaling their operations in India?
A: Large Indian enterprises already have established systems. For companies coming from the UK, the US, or other global markets, we aim to help them build a strong base in India. That is the core intention behind our approach, and this is exactly how we plan to execute it.
Q: What is Valamm.AI’s vision for the next 5 to 10 years regarding market expansion and overall growth?
A: Expanding into new markets is one of the biggest challenges for companies, and helping them navigate it is critical. We are confident in our ability to bring numerous international software vendors and companies to India while simultaneously supporting Indian startups in scaling their businesses. With this approach, we are certain that our venture will achieve significant success.
