Infinity Meditech isn’t just producing medical devices; it is redefining how healthcare reaches the most fragile patients. Headquartered in Rajkot, the company designs neonatal care equipment that combines reliability with innovation. From cutting-edge Infant Radiant Warmers to LED Phototherapy Units like the BilliAura Lite and Pro, every device serves one clear purpose: delivering safer, smarter, and more effective care.

Quality forms the foundation of everything Infinity Meditech does. Each product adheres to stringent international standards, seamlessly merging durability with user-friendly design. Yet, manufacturing is only part of the story. The company provides round-the-clock support, hands-on training, and rapid emergency service, standing alongside healthcare providers well beyond the day of installation.

Guided by a mission to enhance patient outcomes and a vision to lead on a global scale, Infinity Meditech delivers more than equipment, it delivers confidence to doctors, caregivers, and families alike.

In an exclusive conversation with The Interview World at Medicall, Jay Patel, Managing Director of Infinity Meditech, detailed the company’s innovations in neonatal care, explained how their products prevent infection, shared which hospitals are adopting their solutions, revealed upcoming innovations for the next five to ten years, and outlined plans for global exports. Here are the key insights from his engaging conversation.

Q: Can you elaborate on the innovations Infinity Meditech has introduced in the neonatal care segment, and highlight the key challenges these solutions are designed to address?

A: We specialize in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setups and innovations. Our flagship product is the NICU warmer, designed to address the critical challenges of neonatal care. Accuracy remains a major concern in this field, and we develop our solutions with this priority in mind. At the same time, we strive to deliver the highest quality at an affordable price.

Beyond performance, we focus on the baby’s comfort, optimizing space and usability within the NICU environment. Every product is developed in strict compliance with CDSCO regulations, ensuring safety and reliability. Simply put, quality drives every decision we make.

Q: Since infection is a critical concern in neonatal care, how does your product specifically work to prevent and control it?

A: Preventing infection starts with careful attention to staff and protocols in neonatal care units. Our products are designed for complete sterilization. After a baby is removed, the equipment can be thoroughly sterilized, ensuring it remains infection-proof. Once properly sterilized, the risk of infection is eliminated. Moreover, our durable products are built for repeated use without compromising safety or performance.

Q: Could you share which hospitals or healthcare institutions in India are currently adopting and using your products?

A: We are a new startup, recently launching our product in the market. In Gujarat, hospitals such as Amrutaa Hospital and Jeevandeep Hospital have adopted our solutions. Across India, a total of 10–15 hospitals are currently using our products, marking the beginning of our growing presence in the healthcare sector.

Q: Is your product designed to be affordable and accessible for household use, in addition to hospitals?

A: All our products are priced affordably. For example, this NICU warmer is available for ₹35,000. While similar units imported from China cost between ₹60,000 and ₹70,000, our solution is made in India, allowing us to offer high quality at a fraction of the price.

Q: Can you share insights into the new products Infinity Meditech is planning to launch over the next 5–10 years, and the vision driving this roadmap?

A: We specialize in the neonatal care segment and are actively enhancing our infant warmers with advanced features. For instance, our upcoming model will integrate the baby’s oxygen saturation (SpO₂) monitoring and Non-Invasive Positive-Pressure Ventilation (NIVP) into a single unit. We are currently developing this innovative solution and plan to launch it within the next 1–2 years.

Q: Could you outline Infinity Meditech’s strategy and plans for exporting its products to international markets?

A: We are developing products specifically for international markets. Within the next 1–2 years, all our products will be fully ready, enabling us to begin exporting beyond India.
