To make this possible, we’ve partnered with local pharmacies, not only to streamline our operations but also to boost their business. While online platforms are growing exponentially, local pharmacies are struggling to keep pace. At Formis, we’ve stepped forward to bridge this gap, fostering growth for both local businesses and ourselves in a mutually beneficial way.

In the bustling Delhi-NCR region, traffic often makes it nearly impossible to access essential health products during emergencies. A: Currently, our website attracts over 1,000 daily visitors, with approximately 250 orders successfully fulfilled each day. The remaining 750 visits are primarily exploratory, as many users browse to understand how our platform operates or assess the new technology we’re introducing in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. Some of these visits come from competitors, while others are from curious users simply testing the platform without placing actual orders.
However, we view these interactions as opportunities. We proactively gather feedback from visitors who leave our website or chat system without completing an order. This allows us to follow up and address any unmet needs or clarify issues they may have encountered. By staying engaged with potential customers, we ensure that when they’re ready to make a purchase, Formis is their first choice.
Q: Could you explain the mechanism behind your order delivery process? Do you rely on an in-house team of delivery personnel or partner with external service providers?

By removing the pharmacy rider and offering fleet services as a business model, we’ve significantly reduced our fixed costs.
