Q: Can you elaborate on the key technologies your company offers and how they address current industry challenges?

A: We serve as a comprehensive technology provider for businesses, offering a robust portfolio across three key segments: products, services, and soon, our proprietary software.

Currently, we are developing a platform set to launch early next year. This platform will function like an Amazon for technology-related products and services. It will go beyond just digital marketing, addressing the comprehensive needs of brand launches. Businesses will find essential resources such as branding templates, color themes, data analytics tools, Excel templates, and software like Tableau.

Our platform will also guide users in selecting the best tools based on factors like subscription fees. For SaaS products, for instance, we will offer product management software equipped with templates to streamline processes. Whether a startup uses Notion or any other management tool, we provide a range of templates designed to optimize and integrate seamlessly into their business ecosystem.

In addition to our product offerings, we deliver consultancy services tailored to meet specific business needs. We ensure that our clients have the tools and guidance necessary for success.

Q: Can you explain the core technology that drives these products?

A: Let me illustrate with an example. Currently, our focus is on targeting three to four key industries for our products: E-commerce, SaaS, FinTech, and small businesses. This includes a range of enterprises, from restaurants to small digital marketing firms.

These industries share a similar operating model. Typically, they have small teams of five to six people, minimal departmental structure, and rely heavily on cost-effective tools like Excel. We’ve been conducting in-depth research on these sectors, exploring how they launch startups, the tools they utilize, and strategies that can accelerate their revenue growth.

Take digital marketing, for example. Whether it’s a marketing firm or a restaurant, acquiring clients is crucial. Simply running ads isn’t enough. Digital marketing agencies that focus solely on ads often fall short in delivering substantial results. What businesses need is an automated sales funnel.

Consider the method influencers use when they ask followers to comment on a post. They leverage chatbots that capture the lead’s contact information instantly, automating responses and initiating direct messages. This process can seamlessly integrate with tools like HubSpot, where users can manage sales leads. Connecting HubSpot with WhatsApp marketing allows for an automated flow—from a single comment on a video to having all the lead’s details captured in your CRM and kicking off an automated email marketing campaign.

This automation not only promotes the business but also streamlines operations, enhancing efficiency. The key takeaway here is the power of automation. Instead of manually handling every interaction, businesses can automate the process. When someone expresses interest in your content or product, they are automatically added to your marketing campaigns, allowing you to monitor and manage everything from a dashboard. This is the essence of automation.

Q: Could you elaborate on the range of technological services your company offers and how they align with current industry trends?

A: Our current offerings focus on technology-related services and products. We aim to build a comprehensive ecosystem within our software platform. This ecosystem will serve as a one-stop solution for startups and small businesses looking to scale efficiently.

In the beta version, we will introduce a limited set of features to provide an initial overview. One key feature is our integration of third-party vendors and service providers, who can assist with essential startup processes, such as registration. Additionally, we will connect users with a network of vendors, including digital marketers, to offer a range of services that facilitate business growth.

This platform will become an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs and small business owners who need practical tools and guidance but lack the time to sift through extensive resources. By offering templates, a marketplace of service providers, and vendor connections, our ecosystem will empower startups to scale effectively, not only in the technological realm but across various business functions.

Q: Could you share some of your key clients and the types of services you provide for them?

A: Currently, we are collaborating with a prominent real estate influencer, known primarily for his significant presence on YouTube. Based in the UK, he enjoys considerable popularity on the platform, and we have been consistently delivering tailored services to meet his needs.

We’ve been optimizing his workflow by leveraging cost-effective solutions. For instance, while many high-end digital visualization tools—like Microsoft 365—are commonly used by large corporations, their hefty subscription fees are often prohibitive for smaller businesses. Recognizing this, we developed a customized solution for him using open-source technologies, such as Python.

This approach significantly reduced his expenses while enhancing efficiency. Our solution streamlined his processes, eliminating the need for repetitive tasks, like creating charts in Excel. Now, everything is integrated into a fast, user-friendly platform, saving him both time and resources.
