A: Our target market focuses on Tier 1 cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi, where individuals are constantly striving to achieve a work-life balance amidst their demanding schedules. These urban centers present a highly accessible market, ripe for capture. We’ve positioned our pricing at an attractive, nominal rate, making our services both accessible and appealing to our audience.
Our asset-light model allows us to offer a superior balance between work and personal life, catering to a deep-seated desire for happiness and fulfillment beyond financial success. Q: What are your growth ambitions for the next 4 to 5 years, and where do you envision your company in that timeframe?
A: Over the next four to five years, our goal is to expand across pan-India, delivering fitness services that have never been experienced before. We believe fitness goes beyond simply going to the gym; it’s a deeper commitment to being healthy every day, not just once a week.
Our aim is to help people achieve sustained health and wellness 365 days a year. This vision is at the core of our strategy for the next few years. As the fitness landscape evolves in 2024, we are well-positioned to capitalize on these changes, ensuring we meet the market’s needs and thrive in the years ahead.
Q: Do you have any short-term revenue targets or financial milestones you’re aiming to achieve?
A: I’ll leave it to the audience to decide. Personally, I don’t focus heavily on the numbers when it comes to this startup, as it’s ultimately a people-driven game. Success depends on whether people embrace our offering and adapt to it. That said, we certainly aspire to achieve a revenue of over Rs. 1 crore. However, reaching that target also requires capturing a sizable market.
