Our client base reflects our expertise and commitment. For example, we work with Yatharth Hospitals in Noida, providing them with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software. Beyond this, we also offer innovative solutions to numerous hospitals and healthcare chains across India and overseas, reinforcing our reputation in the industry.

When it comes to hiring, we break away from traditional norms. We prioritize skills over degrees. At SoftAir Technology, a formal degree is not a prerequisite. If you have strong coding skills and technical expertise, you have a place with us. Our vision centers on creating opportunities for skilled individuals, regardless of their educational background.

We care far less about formal qualifications and much more about expertise in technology, coding, and hands-on experience in developing software solutions.

For us, a prestigious degree holds little value if it isn’t backed by real-world, hands-on experience. Our hiring process is centered around skill, knowledge, and practical experience—elements that enable us to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. A: My long-term vision is to achieve significant growth. Over the next five to ten years, I aim to employ at least 3,000 individuals. Our employees are our greatest asset. More importantly, I seek to hire individuals who possess the knowledge and skills to deliver results immediately—people who can make an impact, not just those with impressive degrees but lacking practical expertise.
