Q: Do you currently export your products and solutions, and if so, how is your revenue distributed between domestic and international markets?

A: At present, we serve not only clients in India but also a growing base across international markets. Our footprint extends to Europe and Southeast Asia, with clients in countries such as Singapore and Thailand. India, of course, remains a stronghold and one of our largest client hubs.

In terms of revenue, exports account for nearly 60 percent of our business, while domestic sales contribute the remaining 40 percent. This balanced distribution underscores both our global relevance and our deep-rooted presence in India.

Q: Looking ahead 5 to 10 years, how do you envision Kivo evolving its existing platform to build disruptive innovations and shape the future of your industry?

A: AI models are already powerful, but they will only grow stronger with time. Today’s systems deliver meaningful outcomes, yet they are merely the beginning.

Equally important, the cost of these models is set to decline. As prices fall, access will expand. More businesses and individuals will be able to deploy AI without being constrained by infrastructure costs or steep licensing fees.
