Throughout our journey, we have identified a pressing issue: a glaring shortage of skilled professionals. Despite our extensive collaborations with major corporations such as Airtel, ONGC, BEL, HPCL, IOCL, and numerous government public sector undertakings, this shortage persists as a significant barrier to progress.
In contrast, many skilled professionals find themselves grappling with limited job opportunities, underscoring a substantial market gap. The proliferation of tech startups has not alleviated this problem, as most focus solely on providing basic knowledge without offering the advanced, specialized skills necessary for success in today’s competitive environment. As a result, students and professionals are left without the necessary expertise to pursue further growth and specialization.

When you pair specialized industry skills with a strong passion for your field, securing a job becomes a natural outcome. For instance, my deep enthusiasm for technology ensures a steady stream of job prospects. Q: Could you provide the current number of students enrolled in your skill development program to date?
A: I have had the privilege of instructing between 500 and 600 individuals in blockchain and cybersecurity. Each participant has consistently expressed high levels of satisfaction with the course. They have conveyed that they acquired significant new knowledge and skills. Our specialty lies in simplifying complex technological concepts with great nuance. Even those without a technical background can grasp and retain the information effectively. For example, teaching outdated technologies like Windows XP does not meet current industry needs. Instead, we emphasize in-demand skills like Red Hat Linux and other open-source technologies that are highly sought after by employers. A: My vision transcends the mere pursuit of financial gain. While earning money is a fundamental aspect of daily life, my true passion lies in creating a tangible impact by addressing real-world problems. For instance, during a recent in-depth discussion with my Chartered Accountant (CA), I initially found his concerns unremarkable. However, as our conversation progressed, I became deeply engaged in his challenges. By offering practical solutions, I helped him navigate and resolve his issues effectively.
