Q: Can you provide insights into the AI and ML solutions your company offers and explain how they effectively address your customers’ specific challenges?
A: The current AI landscape is buzzing with a surge of AI agents and large language models (LLMs). Consequently, most of our ongoing projects focus on developing AI agents to automate processes like AI-powered telephony, call centers, and other similar tasks. These projects aim to replace repetitive human tasks with efficient AI-driven solutions and leverage the power of automation.
Take, for instance, a project we completed for a UK-based client. Their team in Mumbai previously handled document formatting, costing them ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per desk monthly for 10–15 desks. The client approached us to design an AI solution to automate this task. Within two months, we delivered a robust platform that eliminated the need for their Mumbai-based human resources. Today, AI handles the same task at a fraction of the cost—₹10 to ₹14 per document—without requiring office space or fixed working hours. This shift not only slashed operational costs but also highlighted the disruptive potential of AI in automating simple yet labor-intensive jobs.
However, automations comes with significant socio-economic implications. While Indian developers benefit from creating these solutions, jobs, especially in BPO hubs like Bengaluru, are at risk. The reduction of such roles could lead to a decline in foreign income from these industries, as AI steadily replaces human effort.
Another example lies in AI-driven telephone agents. While these systems are revolutionizing customer interactions by automating many conversations, they still fall short in scenarios requiring a human touch. Yet, many investors and businesses overestimate AI’s capabilities, believing it can replicate nuanced human interactions. This unrealistic expectation will likely face a reality check around 2026–2027.
Despite these limitations, AI continues to demonstrate genuine value across industries such as media, where it enhances efficiency and innovation. Challenges, however, persist. While the current AI scope meets most business requirements, the real issue lies in the workforce. Workers engaged in rule-based jobs face an uncertain future as automation renders many of their roles obsolete.
In summary, AI offers immense potential but raises pressing questions about job displacement and its long-term impact on global economies.
Q: What is the accuracy level of the AI-based automation services you currently offer?
A: The project has achieved an impressive 98% accuracy in document processing, a significant improvement over previous performance. We have fine-tuned our model to ensure this level of precision, specifically for this task. As a result, the client is satisfied and now enjoys an auto-pilot system. Automations means no more reliance on human intervention.
The client’s only concern is securing payment, which simplifies the process for him. The accuracy remains exceptional, with the model consistently hitting 98% in most cases. For certain complex documents, the accuracy might drop to 75%. However, for the majority of cases, 95-98% accuracy is the established benchmark.
Q: What futuristic innovations are you planning to develop to enhance your existing platform?
A: We are planning to expand our offerings by adding hardware services and developing our own in-house AI model and cloud platform. However, the primary challenge we face is the high cost of GPUs, which are currently very expensive. This remains the only major hurdle in the AI landscape. Beyond that, the accuracy issues have largely been resolved.
Q: Are there any specific industries you are focusing on for your AI solutions?
A: We are focusing on the equipment and document parsing industries as key targets.
Q: What are your long-term strategic goals and vision for the future in AI productization?
A: Our long-term vision is to develop our own AI products tailored for the industry. Currently, we are transitioning to an asset-based consultancy model. This shift involves building our own products and platform in-house, positioning us as a true asset-based consultancy, rather than relying on labor-intensive, arbitrary testing.
Q: How many clients have you successfully onboarded onto your platform so far?
A: We have served over 30 clients to date and currently have 4 to 5 projects in our development pipeline. Having started in 2022, we are approaching our third year in this field. Our experience and consistent growth position us as a strong player in the industry.
