A: To date, our community has grown to include over 50,000 artists, a milestone we achieved through the strategic launch of five distinct MVPs. These MVPs have played a crucial role in expanding our reach and connecting us with this vast number of artists. I take immense pride in the fact that I have personally engaged with each artist, dedicating time to listen, understand their needs, and offer tailored support.

Even now, many artists continue to reach out to me for advice and assistance with various issues. This ongoing interaction reflects my commitment to their success and satisfaction. As an artist myself, I understand the importance of addressing concerns promptly and effectively. I try my best to resolve any problems that arise and ensuring that every artist feels supported. This personalized approach has been fundamental to the way I manage and run my operations, fostering a strong and responsive community.

Q: Copyright violation is a significant challenge in the music industry. How does your platform tackle this issue?

A: To address copyright infringement, we are leveraging blockchain technology. This technology offers a robust solution for our needs. I must admit, I am not a tech expert, but I have witnessed blockchain’s potential firsthand.

In 2018, I had the privilege of meeting Cyrus Mistry. He expressed interest in our blockchain-based startup. At that time, we were digitizing the record label business to combat copyright violations. Blockchain was central to our strategy.

Our application will eliminate common issues seen on platforms like YouTube, where content is often removed due to copyright claims. With our blockchain system, once a song is released, it can still be covered or modified without facing such issues. Users can benefit from these interactions, as our system ensures that all parties involved are rewarded.

Blockchain will maintain the integrity of our music and prevent misuse. Additionally, it will enable effective monetization, providing significant financial benefits.

Q: Can you explain the business model of your platform and how it benefits both your company and the artists who use it?

A: We charge a nominal fee to our artists, but in certain cases, we also offer financial aid to support their needs. Previously, I faced a challenge when artists expressed difficulty in paying more than Rs. 500 at once. To resolve this issue, I implemented a flexible payment option, allowing them to pay the Rs. 500 in installments. This solution not only provided relief to the artists but also fostered trust in our services.

This trust has been instrumental in driving our growth. For our B2C segment, we prioritize affordability, making our services more accessible to artists.

In our B2B operations, we utilize commission models to ensure mutual benefit. These models are structured to support business growth while generating revenue through modest commissions, typically between 5-10%. The specific commission rate is determined by the nature of the business relationship, ensuring alignment with both parties’ goals.

Q: What is the potential earning capacity for an individual artist on your platform?

A: As a singer, joining our platform opens up a wealth of opportunities. You can launch your song and start by connecting with fellow artists to form your own band. We facilitate the song release and offer royalty payments to ensure you benefit financially from your work.

Moreover, we assist you in engaging third-party music producers and hiring commercial companies, streamlining the process to support your success.
