Madhur Hi Tech Power Solution LLP is a rapidly expanding Indian energy solutions company focused on advanced lithium-ion battery manufacturing. Headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana, it designs and develops high-performance battery systems for electric vehicles, solar installations, telecom infrastructure, inverters, and energy storage applications under its flagship brand, “Madhur Energy.”

Founded in 2024, the company operates with a clear mandate to accelerate the adoption of sustainable and clean energy. It combines strong engineering capability with a sharp focus on innovation, durability, and efficiency. Moreover, it delivers reliable and lightweight energy solutions while actively supporting emerging startups and contributing to India’s shift toward a greener, technology-led energy ecosystem.

In an exclusive interaction with The Interview World at AutoTech Asia 2026, Madhur Suhag, Director, Madhur Hi Tech Power Solution LLP, outlines the company’s core energy solutions for the electric vehicle sector. He highlights the distinct advantages of its product portfolio and explains what sets it apart in a competitive market. In addition, he discusses upcoming innovations planned over the next five years and shares his outlook on the company’s growth trajectory. He also reveals plans to introduce sodium-ion batteries in India within the next two to three years.

The following are the key takeaways from the conversation.

Q: Could you explain the key energy solutions Madhur Hi Tech Power Solution offers for the electric vehicle sector?

A: Madhur Hi Tech Power Solution represents a forward-looking approach to the renewable energy ecosystem. The company is now actively focused on electric vehicles and other emerging mobility solutions. Earlier, the business operated within the fossil fuel domain, primarily dealing in petrol and diesel. However, it has now made a decisive shift toward electric mobility, which offers a cleaner and more environmentally responsible alternative.

At this event, the company is showcasing its range of scooter batteries, e-rickshaw batteries, and inverter batteries. In the past, users largely depended on lead-acid batteries, which typically offered a warranty of only 3 to 4 years. In contrast, the company’s lithium-ion batteries deliver significantly higher durability, with warranties extending up to 10 years. Moreover, the product portfolio is comprehensive, covering models from 1 kVA to 24 kVA to meet diverse energy requirements.

Q: What differentiates your product portfolio in terms of competitiveness and market positioning?

A: We deliver high-quality products with a strong focus on performance and reliability. While we directly import components and raw materials from China, we maintain strict quality control at every stage. We do not compromise on the standards of inputs or finished systems. Instead, we ensure that every component meets defined technical and durability benchmarks.

As a result, we are able to offer products that consistently meet market expectations. Consequently, our pricing strategy aligns well with industry demand. Customers have responded positively, reinforcing trust in both our quality and value proposition.

Q: What new battery products or innovations are you planning to develop over the next five years?

A: We are preparing to launch wall-mounted inverters and next-generation fast-charging batteries. In parallel, we are developing advanced battery systems that can charge within 5 to 10 minutes. At the same time, these solutions are designed to deliver a backup of 5 to 7 hours.

Through these innovations, we aim to redefine performance standards in the Indian market. Ultimately, our focus remains on introducing faster, more efficient, and more reliable energy solutions at scale.

Q: How do you foresee the growth trajectory of your business over the next five to ten years?

A: The electric vehicle and battery sector continues to expand steadily, and this momentum will strengthen further in the coming years. A few years ago, lithium-ion batteries were largely unfamiliar to most users. However, today their adoption has accelerated significantly across India. They now power e-rickshaws, inverters, and a wide range of energy storage systems.

Against this backdrop, we are preparing to introduce multiple new products to the Indian market over the next five to ten years. We remain focused on scaling innovation and expanding our portfolio. As a result, we expect strong and sustained growth over the same period.

Q: With the industry gradually moving toward sodium-ion battery technology, are there any plans to introduce sodium-ion battery solutions in the Indian market?

A: We plan to introduce sodium-ion batteries within the next 2 to 3 years. At present, we are actively advancing in-house research for this initiative. In addition, our dedicated R&D team is working on the technology with a clear focus on performance and scalability. Through this structured effort, we aim to bring a commercially viable solution to market in the near term.
