Ltd., discusses the company’s smartwatch offerings, shares valuable insights into market and consumer responses, highlights the brand’s distinctive features, and emphasizes the significant growth potential in the smartwatch market in India. Q: Can you share some of the innovative products your company is currently offering in the watch segment, and how they stand out in terms of design, technology, or features?

A: We have been in the business for the past four years, offering two key categories: smartwatches and digital-analog watches. Our primary focus is on the kids’ segment, with our smartwatches equipped with advanced tracking systems. These smartwatches range in price from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 5500, and we offer seven different models. Tracking is crucial today, allowing parents to monitor their children’s activities and whereabouts while they play. Each smartwatch is equipped with unique features designed to make the product indispensable for parents. A key feature across all our smartwatches is the emergency button. With a simple press, children can instantly connect with their parents via a call within just three seconds.

In addition to our smartwatches, we offer a range of digital-analog watches priced between Rs. 400 and Rs. 2000. These watches are designed for durability, with a special emphasis on being 100% waterproof. Our digital-analog watches are available in two versions: one priced at Rs. 399 and a premium version at Rs. 2000, making the maximum price for this category Rs. 2000.

Based in Mumbai, we ensure a seamless customer experience with comprehensive services, including a dedicated customer care number listed on all our product boxes. Should any issues arise, such as a software glitch, we offer a convenient pick-up and repair service, ensuring that the product is returned to the customer promptly after repair.

Q: How has the market responded to these innovative products?

A: The response to our products has been highly positive. Currently, we have 60 distributors in the gifts, novelties, and toys categories. Now, we are expanding into the watches segment, and we have already appointed 8 to 9 distributors across India. Looking ahead, we plan to increase this number to 30 to 35 distributors in the watches category.

Q: What has been the response from children to your watches, and how do they engage with the features and designs?

A: This is exceptional, truly exceptional. If you look closely at the packaging and design, you’ll see that our watches stand apart from every other product on the market. The vibrant colors, the built-in lights, and the overall appeal are all designed to captivate attention. These products are undeniably eye-catching. In today’s world, smartwatches have become essential, particularly because of the integrated tracking system that ensures parents can stay connected with their children at all times.

Q: In addition to tracking, what other key features does your smartwatch offer to enhance user experience?

A: Our smartwatches come equipped with a class mode feature, allowing kids to wear the watch without parents needing to interact with it. When activated, the class mode button ensures the watch remains undisturbed. Additionally, for safety, if a child cannot answer a call from their parents, the app enables parents to track their child’s location via the watch. This ensures parents can monitor their children’s whereabouts at all times.

The watches also feature a magic camera, fun games, and other interactive activities. Each model comes with unique additions, such as the Griffin model, which includes educational features like storytelling and math activities—ideal for learning while on the go. These watches function similarly to a tablet or mobile device but are designed primarily for safety.

Q: What is your outlook on the growth potential of this segment in the country?

A: Over the past two years, we began with a modest approach, but day by day, we are expanding our distributor network. Customer awareness has played a crucial role in this growth. Today, more parents understand the importance of tracking watches. As a result, demand is steadily increasing, with more parents eager to purchase these products. Previously, parents were less focused on the features, relying mainly on word-of-mouth recommendations.

However, now the market is growing rapidly, and the need for these watches has become undeniable. In situations where parents are not at home, these watches provide a sense of security, especially when children are heading to tuition or other activities. Parents can track their child’s movements and even capture images directly from the watch, adding another layer of safety. These features are a vital part of the product’s appeal.
