The Interview World

Clickzy Creative Technologies pioneers digital transformation in the garment industry, leveraging emerging technologies like IoT to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality. The company focuses on identifying conventionally managed processes and revolutionizing them through digitalization, automation, and IoT integration. Their mission is twofold—developing groundbreaking product ideas and offering comprehensive digital transformation services to external clients.

Beyond bespoke solutions, Clickzy Creative Technologies democratizes technology access by creating intermediary products such as smart modules, which seamlessly integrate into existing systems. One of their latest innovations, SIZIFI, is an IoT-enabled device designed to automate physical measurements for factories, boutiques, and tailors, eliminating manual inefficiencies and enhancing precision.

At Bharat Tex 2025, The Interview World engaged in an exclusive conversation with Jitender Singh, Founder & CEO, and Krupal Variya, Founder & CTO of Clickzy Creative Technologies. They shared how their IoT-driven solutions are redefining efficiency, quality control, and production processes in the garment sector. The discussion also explored the future of IoT in textiles, the qualitative improvements these innovations bring, and key insights into product pricing.

Here are the most compelling takeaways from their conversation.

Q: Can you share insights into the IoT-driven solutions your company has developed for the garment industry and how they enhance efficiency, quality control, and overall production processes?

A: We developed SIZIFI, an advanced IoT-enabled measurement solution that seamlessly connects to any system via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. It eliminates the need for manual tools like tape measures, physical garments, and pen-and-paper recording. By automating the process, SIZIFI eliminates common errors—misread measurements, transcription mistakes, and viewing discrepancies—while significantly reducing time wasted on manual data entry. Managers gain real-time access to measurement data, enabling immediate corrective or preventive actions on the production floor.

SIZIFI represents Industry 4.0 for garment measurement, transforming how factories, boutiques, and tailors operate. We offer three distinct variants—SIZIFI Fita, Alpha, and Omega—each tailored to different use cases within the fashion industry.

Beyond hardware, we have also developed two software solutions. The SIZIFI Fashion App streamlines customer measurement recording for tailors and boutiques while helping retail stores efficiently manage alteration orders. Together, these innovations redefine precision and efficiency in fashion measurement.

Q: How does this device enhance quality and optimize time efficiency? Can you highlight its key features?

A: Let’s take a real-world example from a garment factory floor. Workers conduct extensive quality inspections, measuring numerous garments against validated data. The current process is cumbersome—first, they print out reference sheets, which require managerial approval. Then, while measuring, they juggle between a tape, pen, paper, and the garment itself. Each step—reading measurements, noting them down, and manually entering data—introduces potential errors.

At the end of the day, stacks of paper flow to a computer operator, who manually inputs the data. Only then do reports generate, alerting management to defects. By this point, faulty garments have already moved forward in production, leading to costly rework, alterations, or outright rejections.

Our IoT-enabled measurement tape, embedded with AI-powered software, eliminates these inefficiencies. It captures garment measurements instantly, removing the need for pen and paper. Workers no longer struggle with manual recording, and errors from reading, noting, or data entry vanish. Since data flows directly into the system in real time, reports and analytics update instantly. If a defect pattern emerges—say, by the fifth or sixth garment—managers can intervene immediately, preventing large-scale issues rather than reacting after the fact.

This Industry 4.0-driven solution has earned a granted patent in India, with patents pending in Europe, the U.S., and six other countries. We are also a Startup India-recognized company, backed by IIT Bombay and IIM Udaipur, with funding and recognition reinforcing our innovation in the garment industry.

Q: What is the future outlook for IoT-based products in the textile industry, and how do you see their impact evolving over time?

A: The industry is under immense pressure to embrace Industry 4.0, and we are already advancing toward Industry 5.0. This shift demands that every process becomes as efficient, digitized, and IoT-enabled as possible. Our focus lies in transforming garment measurement—a process that has remained largely manual—by skipping incremental upgrades and directly integrating it into Industry 4.0 standards.

We see enormous potential for these solutions. Our current offerings mark just the beginning. As a company, we specialize in IoT, AI, and blockchain-driven technologies, specifically for the fashion and clothing industry. Innovation remains at our core, and we have several new products in the pipeline. Each one follows a common theme—leveraging IoT and AI, while integrating blockchain for data security and transparency wherever possible. These advancements will define the future of digital transformation in fashion.

Q: What qualitative improvements will these IoT-based products introduce to the textile industry, and how will they transform existing processes?

A: We are still in the design phase, so I can’t disclose too much about these solutions yet. We haven’t filed patents or taken similar steps. However, I can share some insights. One of our solutions focuses on measurement technology. Another targets fabric analysis and quality assessment. The third revolves around VR and XR, aiming to reduce courier workload and minimize reliance on physical samples for approvals.

Our innovations are tailored for the B2B sector, not end consumers. We prioritize solutions for makers and key players in the supply chain—whether they are buyers, designers, or retail stores.

Q: What is the pricing of the IoT-based products your company has developed?

A: Our product lineup includes three variants, each designed for specific industry needs. SIZIFI Fita is our most affordable measurement tape, priced at ₹5,000 (including GST). Tailored for boutiques and tailors, it seamlessly integrates with the SIZIFI Fashion App.

SIZIFI Alpha, priced at ₹15,000, caters to quality managers, designers, and technicians. At the top of our range, SIZIFI Omega offers full garment-floor functionality at ₹25,000. This advanced solution features a touchscreen and an integrated camera to scan garment QR codes. It instantly loads the complete spec chart on a large display, streamlining operations with precision and efficiency.

These three products address garment industry requirements with increasing levels of capability and sophistication.
