Q: How is STEMROBO transforming the STEM subjects are taught in India, particularly at the primary and high school levels?

A: At STEMROBO, we’re not just teaching STEM, robotics, coding, AI, and machine learning—we’re redefining how these fields are learned. Our vision isn’t just to hand over kits. We’re building an entire ecosystem that empowers students with the real-world skills to thrive in the future.

You’ve likely noticed the government’s big push on these technologies. And for good reason—they’re critical to building the skills that make students more employable in today’s fast-paced world. At STEMROBO, we’re answering that call by doing more than just offering DIY kits. We provide a complete, integrated solution that includes hands-on learning tools and a robust methodology, a well-crafted curriculum, smart pedagogy, and capacity building.

Moreover, we’re creating a network of teachers who are not only highly skilled but also equipped to train future generations of students. Add to this our custom-built learning management system (LMS), coding and AI platform, and in-house DIY kits, and you’ve got a powerful suite of tools that positions students to excel in AI and machine learning.

But we didn’t stop there. We’ve recently upped the game by introducing augmented reality (AR), fully developed in-house and seamlessly integrated with the current curriculum. A: When it comes to impact, let’s talk numbers and real outcomes. Our recent case studies, particularly in the CSR domain, reveal compelling insights. After establishing labs with the support of various donors, we saw a remarkable uptick in student attendance. Students who once skipped classes began showing up consistently, especially on STEM and robotics days.

Moreover, their interest in science subjects skyrocketed by about 30%. Notably, after the 10th grade, many students became increasingly eager to dive deeper into science, leading to an impressive 15-20% boost in their overall academic scores, especially in science, math, and social studies.

On a broader scale, the introduction of these ecosystems has fundamentally changed the classroom dynamic. Teachers reported that it became significantly easier to help students understand core subjects, making learning more engaging and effective. Over the past 8 to 9 years, this has been the essence of our impact—transforming student engagement and academic performance in ways that truly matter.

Q: What is the current market size for the educational products you’re developing for students, particularly in the STEM and robotics sectors? How do you see this market evolving soon?

A: In India alone, approximately 35,000 to 40,000 schools are eagerly seeking solutions like ours soon. Meanwhile, in Africa, countries such as Ghana and Kenya have already embraced our offerings, with nearly 200 schools currently partnered with us. The demand is high, and the adoption rates are impressive, fuelled by the affordability of our solutions, which provide significant impact at minimal cost.

When we look at the broader market size, we’re focused on reaching over 150,000 schools in just the next 2 to 3 years. This presents an incredible opportunity to drive transformative change in education and make a lasting difference.

Q: From a business perspective, how profitable is your venture currently, and what growth trajectory do you anticipate over the next 5 to 10 years?

A: Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for an impressive growth rate of over 50% this year. The past three years have been nothing short of remarkable, propelling us to a ₹100 crore company. This year, we have even bolder projections, especially as we gain momentum in the government sector, where we’re seeing significant traction.

We’re also deeply involved in CSR initiatives with major organizations, having completed numerous impactful projects together. Additionally, our focus on both B2B and B2C verticals allows us to provide kits directly to students, further expanding our reach. By harnessing these diverse opportunities, we’re confident in our expectation of exceeding 50% growth this year.
