Q: Can you share more about the specific solutions your company offers for testing PCBs across different electronic devices?

A: We provide Manufacturing Defect Analyzers (MDAs) to electronic manufacturers, empowering them to verify the precision and functionality of motherboard and PCB components. Tailored to meet diverse customer needs, our MDAs range from base models to advanced versions, each designed for rigorous defect analysis. Moreover, our systems detect non-compliant components, identifying those that fail to meet specified values or function correctly. With our technology, customers ensure their products meet the highest quality standards, consistently delivering reliability to their end-users.

Q: Could you explain any specific Manufacturing Defect Analyzer (MDA) your company offers for analyzing various components on a circuit board?

A: The JET-3000, a powerful MDA tester, measures the impedance of every electronic component on an assembled PCB. It begins by detecting shorts and opens that may occur during assembly, ensuring a solid foundation for further testing. Next, it meticulously assesses components like resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, FETs, SCRs, Zener diodes, and LEDs, verifying that each value falls within the specified tolerance range. Additionally, the tester checks component orientation for capacitors, diodes, and transistors. For integrated circuits (ICs), it confirms pin integrity and evaluates solderability, guaranteeing reliable performance across the entire PCB.

A: We offer both manual and automated optical inspection solutions. Our 3D video microscopes, for instance, are highly versatile and suited to a range of applications.
