We chose a different path by focusing on small and mid-sized businesses, a strategy that set us apart from the outset.
What began as a personal ambition—to create a level playing field for small businesses—quickly transformed into a successful business model. We saw that no one else was catering to small businesses on a scale like ours, which revealed a vast, untapped blue ocean market. Today, this remains true; there is still minimal competition targeting small businesses in the way we do.
Our platform currently supports 45,000 small businesses, but we have our sights set on a much larger goal: reaching one million. India is home to millions of businesses, many of which remain underserved. We aim to empower these enterprises by helping them manage their communication more effectively. Over the past decade, we’ve identified several obstacles that SMBs face in adopting digital tools. A major issue is the hesitancy stemming from a lack of technological literacy and unfamiliarity with new systems. Many small businesses are uncomfortable with technology, which further impedes their willingness to embrace digital solutions.
However, we are on the brink of a major shift in this landscape, driven by one transformative factor: Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is set to simplify technology to such an extent that it becomes accessible even to businesses with minimal technical expertise.
