We specialize in offering bespoke assembly lines tailored to the unique requirements of battery manufacturers, ensuring efficient and reliable production processes.
With close to a decade of dedicated service, we proudly stand as trailblazers in the industry. Semco holds the esteemed distinction of being the pioneering entity in India to undertake the comprehensive manufacturing and provision of cutting-edge machinery and testing apparatus specifically for lithium-ion batteries. Q: What specific advantages does Semco Infratech possess that distinguish it from competitors in the market?
A: We offer 7 to 8 unique selling points (USPs) to our customers, backed by readily available stock. Upon payment, we strive to ship their materials or execute their orders within 7 to 10 days, supported by our substantial inventory of Rs. 60 to 70 crore in our warehouses located in Delhi and Bangalore.
Moreover, once the customer receives the machine, we are fully prepared. Our team consists of trained and professional engineers, including service engineers, R&D engineers, quality engineers, and installation and commissioning experts. This means that upon delivery, we promptly provide installation and commissioning services.
In contrast, customers purchasing machines from China or other countries do not receive such immediate support. They lack the convenience of stock availability, installation and commissioning services, as well as efficient handling of service and warranty processes. Additionally, we maintain a comprehensive inventory of spares for servicing and warranty coverage. Crucially, we also offer Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services, relieving customers of concerns about production interruptions.
Any breakdown can result in a loss of 40 to 50 packs per day in production for our customers, underscoring the importance of our services. These advantages have earned us the trust of leading brands such as Exide, Amaron, Reliance Power, Schneider, and Luminous. They rely on us for our immediate and reliable services, as well as our comprehensive support, including AMC facilities.

A: The Indian market stands as the global pinnacle of rapid growth, fueled by its vast population. This phenomenon extends to the electric vehicle (EV) sector, where advancements are evident across four-wheelers, three-wheelers, and commercial vehicles. Notably, customers are increasingly urging for the adoption of battery packs, energy storage solutions, and the integration of commercial electric buses. Q: How does your company’s strategy align with the growing demand for energy storage systems in commercial vehicles?
A: Currently, our focus lies on machines due to the influx of inquiries and orders, primarily originating from the increasing number of electric vehicle (EV) buyers. A significant portion of these buyers opt for machines sourced from China, driven by the allure of lower prices. However, when they choose to procure machines from us, they benefit from a wide array of services and solutions not available from Chinese vendors.
Looking ahead, we envision expanding our production lines to introduce innovative products within the EV sector. This strategic move aims to further enhance our offerings and cater to the evolving needs of our clientele.
