Q: Can you provide a detailed overview of your core offerings?
A: JiViSa, an all-women brand based in Dehradun, champions holistic wellness with a transformative approach. Founded four and a half years ago, our mission has been clear: to redefine wellness as an integral lifestyle rather than an afterthought.
At JiViSa, we are driven by the philosophy of inspiring individuals to embrace wellness as a way of life. Our diverse range of products blends the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with the precision of modern science, offering solutions that truly resonate with today’s needs.
Beyond products, we also provide expert consulting in the wellness space, further solidifying our commitment to building a comprehensive ecosystem of health and vitality. This vision continues to guide everything we create and deliver.
Q: What sets your products apart in a market crowded with similar offerings, and how do you ensure they stand out to your target audience?
A: At JiViSa, we embrace a holistic approach to wellness. We don’t sell empty promises; we offer a philosophy. When someone asks, “Will I get thin by drinking green tea?” we don’t just hand them a quick fix. Instead, we emphasize that true wellness requires a lifestyle shift. It’s about balanced nutrition, adequate sleep, proper hydration, and more. Our products are just one piece of the puzzle.
We make it clear: adopting a healthy lifestyle involves multiple components. Our products support this journey, but they alone won’t bring lasting change. We’re upfront about this, telling people that the world often misleads them with quick fixes. We believe in transparency and honesty, pushing individuals to embrace a holistic lifestyle rather than relying on short-term solutions.

A: At JiViSa, we offer a comprehensive range of products, from personal care and skin and hair care to aromas, teas, and infusions. We believe in solutions that work both from the inside out and the outside in, covering every aspect of wellness in a 360-degree approach.
Our differentiation lies in the personalized experience we provide. We don’t just offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we invite customers to engage with us directly or take a personalized quiz on our website. Based on their unique needs, we recommend a tailored set of products.
But we don’t stop there. A dedicated team member will personally reach out, guiding them on how to use the products effectively, explaining when they can expect results, and offering ongoing support. Our goal is to work with each customer, helping them achieve their wellness objectives every step of the way.
Q: How have Indian customers responded to your products? Additionally, are your products gaining recognition and popularity on a global scale?
A: We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with one certainty: we have never received negative feedback about our products. While there may be occasional suggestions regarding packaging or delivery improvements, the response to our products has been consistently favorable.
This success stems from our rigorous testing process before launching any product. At JiViSa, our brand philosophy is simple and unwavering: we will only release products to the market that we would trust to give to our own parents, children, and ourselves. This is a promise we hold dear and take with the utmost seriousness.
Q: Among Indian and global consumers, which market has provided the most positive response to your products?
A: Globally, our progress has been limited so far. Our primary focus remains on the Indian market. As a bootstrapped company, we operate without a marketing budget, which means our growth is organic and gradual. We did attempt to list our products on Amazon but decided to retract that move. The decision stemmed from the realization that the Indian market offers immense opportunities, making expansion abroad premature. We plan to begin exports soon, likely within two years, as part of our phase two growth strategy.
Q: What is the current revenue size of your business?
A: We are still a small company, just four years into the business. Last year, we reached Rs. 1.5 crore in revenue. Our next phase of expansion begins now, as we raise funds. We have already established a solid proof of concept, achieving this growth without any dedicated marketing budget.
Q: Does your company offer any formulations developed through your own research and development efforts?
A: Yes, we offer formulations. We are based in Dehradun, and research and development is managed in-house. While third-party manufacturers produce our products, the formulations are entirely our own. We ensure full compliance, with all necessary reports, licenses, and documentation in place.
