A: For the past 17 years, we have been at the forefront of the biometrics industry. Our journey began with biometric devices and has since expanded into a diverse range of products, including door frame metal detectors, boom barriers, and many others. Each day, we continue to broaden our product portfolio, starting with basic biometrics and progressively advancing to more sophisticated solutions. We introduced the Pro Series biometric devices, followed by Phase One, temperature-sensitive biometrics, cameras, routers, door frame metal detectors, boom barriers, flap barriers, turnstiles, and canteen management systems.

Q: Could you explain how the canteen management solution works and its key features?
A: To address the issue at hand, we must first understand the core reason behind introducing a canteen management system. What are the challenges we face in managing the canteen? Looking at the previous system, we see several inefficiencies. The process was manual—tokens were handed out physically, and vendors could easily manipulate the records. For example, if 1,000 lunches were served in a month, vendors might report 1,500 to 2,000 meals, charging inflated amounts based on those figures. Moreover, this kind of discrepancy led to higher costs for the organization and financial mismanagement.
To resolve this, we developed a comprehensive canteen management solution that directly addresses these issues. Our system focuses on streamlining order management, ensuring transparency, and eliminating the potential for fraud.
Consider a factory with 1,000 employees. The solution works by defining fixed meal times: breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Employees register themselves in the canteen management system. Upon arriving at the canteen during meal times, they can authenticate their identity using biometrics, such as a fingerprint or photo. Once verified, they receive a token indicating the meal they are eligible for. This ensures that only the registered employees receive their meals. Our system accurately tracks the total number of meals served—no more, no less.
This system not only prevents overcharging but also protects the organization from paying for unserved meals. The process is also cashless, with all funds deposited at the start of the month, reducing financial complications. Additionally, the system offers inventory management for all meal components—whether it’s breakfast, snacks, or beverages—ensuring efficient monitoring of resources.
Billing and invoicing become straightforward with our system. Upon logging into the software, managers can view detailed reports, including the number of meals provided to each employee across the entire organization. This feature supports multi-location management as well. For example, if your organization operates three canteens across different locations, each canteen will have a dedicated device. All data is synchronized and can be accessed from a central location, providing complete visibility and control over the entire operation.
Q: Could you elaborate on how the gym management solution works and the benefits it offers?
A: To effectively manage gym access and prevent unauthorized entry, we have implemented a two-pronged approach. The first line of defense is access control through biometric devices. These devices are integrated with an electromagnetic (EM) lock, ensuring that only authorized individuals can enter. If a person does not scan their fingerprint or face, the gate will remain locked, preventing any unauthorized access.
The second aspect of gym management involves tracking memberships and ensuring that individuals only access the gym for the duration of their paid membership. For example, if a member has paid for a one-month subscription, the system will record that date. As the membership nears its expiration, the system will notify the owner, and the member can’t enter once the validity period ends. This ensures that only those with active memberships can access the gym.
Additionally, our gym management software ties everything together. It seamlessly integrates the biometric access control with membership tracking, providing a comprehensive solution to both entry management and subscription monitoring. This system offers gym owners full control and visibility, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.
Q: What specific functions and features will the software you mentioned provide?
A: The software provides real-time insights into gym activity. It tracks the number of members currently working out and displays payment details, including upcoming dues. A notification system ensures that both the member and the owner stay informed. For instance, if a member’s subscription expires in five days, a pop-up alert will appear on both the member’s app and the gym owner’s interface. These reminders will continue to appear, ensuring that the member is aware of their pending payment, while the owner is notified to collect the dues before the subscription lapses. This system ensures seamless communication and efficient management for both parties.
