It seamlessly integrates physical and mental well‑being services into a single mobile app. Users can access 24/7 online doctor consultations, licensed mental health counselling, lab services, mood and symptom tracking, and personalized wellness insights, all from one convenient platform by leveraging the power of AI.

The app leverages advanced AI-driven features, including voice and facial analysis, to assess mood, stress, and vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. With simple scans, it delivers rapid health insights and dynamic wellness tracking. These intelligent tools empower users to monitor health trends, engage proactively with care, and enhance preventive health management through personalized support.

At the India AI Impact Expo 2026, Sudhanshu Goyal, Founder of Health Gennie, shared an in-depth overview of the platform’s AI healthcare solutions in an exclusive conversation with The Interview World. He detailed the range and accuracy of health parameters evaluated by the system, highlighted upcoming innovations planned for the next five years, outlined robust customer data security measures, and discussed the company’s expansion strategy. Below are the key takeaways from his compelling discussion.

Q: Can you provide a detailed overview of the AI healthcare solutions offered by Health Gennie, and explain how they differentiate from other solutions in the market?

A: Health Gennie is a digital, AI healthcare platform that delivers holistic care, encompassing both mental and physical health services. For mental health, we offer a non-invasive, AI-powered diagnostic solution that analyses a person’s voice to assess depression levels accurately. Simultaneously, our facial scanning technology measures vital physical parameters, including heart rate, heart rate variability, oxygen levels, haemoglobin, and blood pressure. We are also developing capabilities to track HbA1c, a key diabetic biomarker, to monitor patients’ risk and behaviour related to diabetes.

Building on these insights, Health Gennie provides a full spectrum of healthcare services, including online doctor consultations, licensed mental health counselling, and structured mental health programs. This integrated approach ensures users receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Looking ahead, we are launching an upgraded model that extends beyond diagnostics and consultations. The enhanced platform will offer personalized guidance on diet, nutrition, and exercise, giving users complete control over their healthcare journey. In short, whatever an individual seeks for their well-being, they can access it seamlessly through Health Gennie.

Q: Can you outline the range of health parameters your system evaluates and the corresponding accuracy metrics for each?

A: Currently, our platform evaluates 8 to 9 key parameters, including voice analysis. All these parameters are HSA-approved, the Singapore equivalent of the U.S. FDA, and supported by comprehensive white papers and clinical data, confirming that our technology meets medical-grade standards. The system has already been deployed among hundreds of thousands of users and is integrated into several Singapore hospitals and large organizations as part of routine health screenings.

We always advise users that if any markers appear outside the normal range, they can follow up with standardized blood tests to validate the results. These screenings serve as an initial diagnostic tool, similar to how a traditional glucometer works, but with higher clinical accuracy. Currently, most parameters achieve over 98% accuracy. Only a few, such as HbA1c, are slightly below this threshold, but we expect full accuracy within the next two months.

Based on these results, the platform connects users with doctors and counsellors who can diagnose conditions scientifically and recommend personalized, evidence-based solutions. This combination of advanced AI diagnostics and expert guidance ensures users receive reliable, actionable, and preventive healthcare.

Q: What new features and innovations does your organization plan to develop over the next five years?

A: Looking ahead, we are developing a holistic healthcare model that delivers fully customized solutions tailored to individual goals. For example, if a user wants to lose 10 kg, the system will create a comprehensive plan based on their inputs. This plan will include personalized guidance on diet, exercise, nutrition, and medical support, with step-by-step instructions to help the user progress effectively and safely.

Users can follow the program through the app and connect with doctors, nutritionists, and dietitians whenever needed. While the app provides detailed, science-backed guidance, it does not replace professional medical certification, ensuring users always receive safe and responsible recommendations.

This approach empowers individuals to take full control of their health journey, combining AI-driven personalization with expert support for meaningful, sustainable results.

Q: Data security is critical. What ethical and technical safeguards have you implemented to ensure customer information remains fully protected?

A: Data security is paramount in healthcare, especially when handling PHI (patient health information). Globally, HIPAA compliance sets the standard for safeguarding such data, and Health Gennie strictly adheres to these guidelines. We operate on HIPAA-compliant servers, and all our policies and systems are designed in alignment with HIPAA standards.

In addition, we are pursuing ISO certification, further validating the authenticity and reliability of our systems and processes. Even internally, team members do not have access to sensitive data, ensuring the highest level of protection. We never share user data with third parties; instead, we leverage it for robust analytics that help organizations understand patterns, anticipate future trends, and develop solutions.

By combining advanced technology, strict compliance, and ethical data practices, Health Gennie ensures that all user data remains secure, private, and used responsibly.

Q: Can you describe the regions where you currently operate and your roadmap for expanding into new markets?

A: We currently operate across all Indian states and have built a diverse customer base nationwide. Looking ahead, our expansion strategy focuses on entering international markets and establishing a global presence for our technology and healthcare services.
