Q: Can you describe your AI readiness platform, including its core capabilities?
A: Altiv is an AI readiness platform that enables individuals and enterprises to assess, adapt to, and ultimately thrive in an AI-driven economy. In practical terms, we translate AI disruption into measurable insight and actionable strategy.
For individuals, we offer a free diagnostic tool called FOBO: Fear of Being Obsolete. Users upload their résumés, and the platform decomposes their experience into discrete tasks. It then classifies those tasks into three categories: automated, augmented, or human-only. Based on this analysis, the system generates a quantified risk score and recommends a tailored growth strategy. As a result, professionals gain clarity on their exposure to automation and a structured pathway to remain relevant.
We apply the same methodology at the enterprise level, but at scale. The platform ingests organizational systems of record, including HRIS platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and workflow tools such as Jira and Asana. It aggregates workforce capability data, maps task-level exposure to AI, and produces organization-wide readiness metrics. By concentrating on these functions first, we can deliver targeted insights, rapid deployment, and measurable readiness outcomes.
Q: Is the platform currently available in the market, or is it still in pilot or pre-launch stages?
A: The B2C platform is already live and fully operational. In contrast, we will launch the enterprise platform shortly. As a newly established startup, we remain in the early stages of our growth journey. Nevertheless, we are building with speed, discipline, and a clear roadmap toward scale.

A: Five years represents a long strategic horizon; nevertheless, we have defined a clear ambition. We intend to evolve into a comprehensive talent analytics and talent experience platform.
