B-Sure India introduces advanced, non-invasive pain relief and healing solutions to the Indian market through its Israel-based flagship B-Cure Laser, a clinically validated Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) device. Engineered using cutting-edge Israeli technology, the B-Cure Laser effectively treats acute and chronic pain, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and promotes wound healing, all without drugs or side effects.
The device works by stimulating cellular activity: it increases ATP production, improves tissue perfusion, and reduces inflammation, thereby accelerating recovery. Its applications are broad, addressing joint and nerve pain, post-surgical healing, sports injuries, dental procedures, and chronic wounds such as diabetic ulcers.
Lightweight, portable, and user-friendly, the B-Cure Laser suits both home and professional use. Internationally recognized, it holds CE 0197 certification, Health Canada clearance, and ANVISA approval, earning endorsements from doctors and therapists across the globe.
By enabling individuals to manage pain conveniently at home, B-Sure India’s B-Cure Laser offers a safe, fast, and effective alternative for pain relief and tissue repair.
In an exclusive conversation with The Interview World at Medicall, Namita Saxena, Director of B-Sure India, elaborates on the laser-based Israeli technology behind the pain relief device, discusses its affordability, highlights the market response in India, and outlines the innovative healthcare products she plans to introduce over the next five to ten years. The following are the key takeaways from her insightful discussion.
Q: Could you explain the specific laser-based Israeli technology used and how it provides pain relief?
A: This Israeli product is a non-invasive Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) device designed to treat acute and chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and wounds. At its core, it provides effective pain relief by leveraging the science of photobiomodulation. The device contains a diode that emits energy penetrating down to the mitochondrial level. This process activates endorphins and anti-inflammatory hormones, which reduce inflammation and, in turn, relieve pain. Remarkably, many users experience results from the very first session.
We have treated patients with conditions such as trigger thumb or knee joint problems, who achieved significant relief within 7 to 10 days through 10- to 12-minute sessions. The device also demonstrates exceptional results for advanced diabetic foot ulcers, including Grade 8 and Grade 9 cases, accelerating healing where conventional treatments often struggle.
Beyond these, the B-Cure Laser effectively addresses pain from neuropathy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy-induced discomfort, and a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Importantly, it requires no recurring costs, making it a practical, long-term solution.
The device is simple to use, comparable to operating a TV remote. Lightweight and portable, it is suitable for users of all ages and can be applied to virtually any type of pain. Its ease of use, versatility, and proven efficacy make it a transformative tool in home and professional healthcare settings.
Q: Considering the device’s high effectiveness in pain relief, could you provide insights into its affordability?
A: For an individual, or even a family of four, pain is a natural part of life. Everyone experiences it at some point. Traditionally, people either take painkillers or visit a physiotherapist. As we age, pain becomes more common and varied, affecting knees, shoulders, back, and neck.
Faced with these challenges, people usually have two options: spend money on repeated physiotherapy sessions or rely on pills. With the B-Cure Laser, neither is necessary. This drug-free device provides safe and effective relief, making it suitable for every family member and a wide range of conditions—from general pain to wounds.
Our home-use model, the Classic, is designed for convenience and accessibility. Lightweight, user-friendly, and versatile, it allows each member of the household to manage their pain independently. Moreover, it is highly cost-effective, offering significant value and a strong return on investment compared to recurring expenses on pills or therapy sessions.
Q: What has been the market response to such products in India?
A: We launched this product in India on April 6, 2025, and since then, we have engaged with over 300 doctors, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. Demand has come from across the country, with responses flowing in from cities like Chennai, and now we are showcasing it at Delhi Medicall.
Our goal is to make the device accessible to everyone. It serves a wide range of users: from home users and corporate employees to physiotherapists, orthopedic surgeons, and specialists treating diabetic foot ulcers. Home nursing services also benefit from its ease of use and effectiveness.
The response so far has been exceptional. People are not only using it but actively requesting and inquiring about it. These early interactions confirm the product’s value and indicate strong potential for adoption in the broader market.
Q: Since you are importing these products from Israel, could you share what new healthcare innovations you plan to introduce in India over the next five to ten years?
A: The company I work with, B-Cure Laser, is highly innovative and generous, offering a wide range of advanced products. In India, however, this is our first focus: we aim to firmly establish this product in the market. Once it gains a strong foothold, numerous opportunities will open up, both with this company and through other collaborations.
