Q: Tell us about your products.

A: We specialize in the production of dental cotton rolls. They help absorb saliva or blood in the oral cavity. Moreover, our products exhibit an impressive absorption capacity. Noteworthy to mention that they can soak up 15 times their own weight. However, traditional cotton balls had a much lower absorptive capability, typically around five times.

The significant advantage of our dental cotton rolls lies in their superior absorption. This feature allows dentists to create a gap for operative procedures with greater efficiency. Furthermore, this unique characteristic sets our product apart, facilitating smoother dental operations. As the exclusive and largest manufacturer in the country, we take pride in delivering high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of dental professionals.

Additionally, our product range extends to Absorbent Cotton Balls, also known as Surgical Cotton or Cotton Wool. Crafted from 100% cotton, these balls serve a crucial role in medical settings such as hospitals, dispensaries, and nursing homes, effectively absorbing bodily fluids. The versatility of our Absorbent Cotton Balls is reflected in the array of colors available, including pink, yellow, green, blue, and violet, alongside the classic brilliant white natural color. This diversity allows healthcare professionals to choose the appropriate color for different applications, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene.

Q: What are the specifications of these products?

A: Dental cotton rolls come in three sizes: 8 x 37 mm, 10 x 37 mm, and 12 x 37 mm. They are conveniently packaged in bags of either 500 or 1000 rolls each.

Likewise, cotton balls are available in a range of sizes, from 0.2 gm to 2 gm, serving various purposes such as medical, cosmetic, and general use. These balls are thoughtfully packed in drawstring bags, with options of 50’s, 100’s, and 200’s.

Q: How is it going to help keep the hygiene while operating?

A: We offer a non-sterilizer, commonly referred to as such. However, it undergoes sterilization by the doctor before use. In the clinic, the doctor personally ensures its sterilization. This eliminates the need for frequent spitting by the patient, as it boasts a high observation percentage of both saliva and blood.

Traditionally, doctors often need to manage saliva during procedures, which can be disruptive for both patients and practitioners. Moreover, this distracts the doctor from concentrating fully on the operation. With our product, by placing four or five pieces in the mouth, the entire operation can be efficiently conducted in a single session. This allows the doctor to maintain focus on the critical aspects of the procedure.

Q: What kind of market response are you getting?

A: Our latest products have high demand among both seasoned doctors and the new generation of dentists. Recognizing this need, we have extended our supply network to cater to clients not just across India but also internationally. The heart of our production lies in Gandhinagar. We have our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant operates seamlessly. Producing a substantial 10 metric tons of cotton every month, our commitment to quality is unwavering. As part of our global outreach, we proudly export our product to Turkey and various European countries. The positive response has been overwhelming, with a notable presence in most European nations.
