The Interview World

Elon Musk revealed that X (formerly Twitter) suffered a massive cyberattack on Monday, possibly orchestrated by a large group or a nation-state. The attack caused three major outages, each lasting nearly an hour. According to Downdetector, peak disruptions occurred at 3:00 pm with 2,200 reports in India, followed by 1,500 reports at 7:30 pm, and another wave at 9:00 pm. Musk stated that while X faces daily attacks, this one was particularly resource-intensive. The tracking site reported that 52% of issues stemmed from the website, 41% from the app, and 8% from server connections.
